Javier Machimbarrena ( Bilbao , 1967 ) , works as an industrial artist and product designer , creating and developing objects and spaces from the ones that are essentialy form to the equiped with a high technological content.
He has collaborated in design projects on vehicles, furniture , products and corporate image and spaces for firms as Audi / VW Design Center Europe, Barcelona Centre de Tecnologies, Centro Europeo de Innovación, DZ centro de Diseño, CAF-Euskotren , Fagor-Proiek , ONN Outside, Grupo Ormazabal- WEC, KLAP laboratorio de creación Industrial, Pepsico, Formica Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, y MSX International Automotive .
He also has been invited tutor at the Posgraduate Master on Industrial Design at DZ Centro de Diseño Bilbao, Postgraduate Master on Ecodesign at the Engineering University of Bilbao, and imparted conferences on Industrial Design in diverse Universities.
At the present moment he has his Consultancy stablished in Bilbao, Spain, and works for clients from different countries.
Javier Machimbarrena Industrial Art & design also collaborates with Klap Laboratorio de Creación Industrial and Mandesso Design International.
